97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separatelyEach item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
If I chose the Expedited shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster?Yes, we do! Expedited orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
- RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at our discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
